Scrafty VS Lucario | Bulbagarden

That's not exactly unpredictable.

I'm going with Scrafty, but I am pretty biased. I never really liked Lucario, and rarely used it, but I love the movesets that Scrafty can have, and it gets some great set-up moves - Bulk Up and Dragon Dance. Shed Skin and Rest, too, help it along greatly.
