To view remote control session history
Click Remote Control > History.
The Remote Control History page is displayed with a list of recordings.
You can filter the recordings based on the device name, administrator name, and date range.
You can also delete the recordings. To do that, you must have the Manage Remote Control rights. For more information on access rights, see Managing access rights and capabilities for specific cases.
